Assam region is one of
the most populated tea estate area with close to 900 estates it is one of the major tea producing regions.
Darjeeling with close to 90 tea estates is renown for producing some of the most aromatic teas.
The effect of tea is cooling. As a drink, it suits very well
persons of self restraint and good conduct. When feeling
hot, thirsty, depressed, suffering from headache, fatigue,
or pains, one should drink tea only.
